Amazing benefits, but that's it
Cons
There's a lack of respect and they will wring as much out of you as they possibly can and disregard any boundaries you try and set. No HR when an HR rep is desperately needed. Upper management works only for themselves and are incredibly selfish leaders. Gaslighting is extremely prevalent. Purposefully keep less than 15 full-time employees to avoid the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission Laws.
