My experience at this company was disappointing and really bad. Leadership lacked clear direction, and communication from management was often inconsistent. There were limited opportunities for career growth, and employee feedback didn’t seem to lead to meaningful change. Workloads were frequently unrealistic, with little recognition for extra effort. Overall, the environment felt reactive rather than strategic, making it difficult to feel supported or motivated.
