Working from home and equipment is provided

Heavily micromanaged and having to refer to managers for authorisation is tiresome and adds unnecessary stress to the role when you are reviewed constantly on the speed of your calls. 80% of the time when you ask for authorisation the manager will just say yes without even reviewing what they are giving authorisation for, this just makes the process pointless. The work from home bundle which you can order from the company took over 5 months to arrive.

Pros

Micromanagement, long hours, constantly under review for every minute you are on a call, putting someone on hold, dealing with admin after which would get stressful.

Cons

colleages were nice, get to choose your own annual leave with the hours available, shifts are shown well ahead of time.
