      - Great open-plan office - Pension scheme - On-site canteen - Managment helpful - Very interesting company with fantastic blue chip customers

      - Poor salary when compared to similar roles in other companies. - Progression not fixed. Route at work unclear.

      None, I actually can’t think of one!

      Cons

      Claim to be forward thinking company but have out dated policies and procedures. No links between different areas of the business. Too much focus on the India arm of the business. No rewards, benefits or incentives. Poor leadership, hiring mates into senior leadership roles rather than those that are right for the job. To collaboration with those that can do the jobs well, pack like mentality and senior leaders would often shy away from difficult conversation. No accountability for anything they do
