Pros
i would say silence in the office most of the time. Friendly colleagues. Great for fresh grads to START but move on in 2 years.
Cons
No AWS no 13month all based on "Performance" bonus but it wont be even a months worth. OT will not be paid so work life balance is never there. Increment is never stable.

- Great variety in project opportunities - Great people - Decent pay - PTO scales with YOE and not time with company
Cons
- Pay is middle of the road with little room for negotiation - Bonuses are sparce

Prominent projects and decent exposure to technical challenges. Good for early stage growth.
Cons
Lack of systematic work flow. Colleagues' capacity various significantly across same rank between teams, leads to inconsistent performance across different projects. Very limited bonus and welfare. Hints to imply / encourage unpaid overtime.
