      Low pay - corporate doesn't care about you

      Pros

      The tasks are an IT person's dream. The job itself is rewarding.

      Cons

      Low pay. Corporate decisions don't consider you or the excess unnecessary work it will cause for you. Retaliation for suggestions or disagreeing may be a real concern. The entire company is unorganized after the Eventide merge. Do not expect to know anything about major changes until after they happen - then it's just "good luck" (minimal to no guidance).

      Pros

      The residents make going to work worth it and the people who work there are there for the right reasons and some of the best coworkers you'll ever have.

      Cons

      Tabitha had a great culture prior to an "affiliation" (which feels more like a merger) with another company. The environment now feels hostile and uncertain.
