Pros

You get a Tshirt and a bag. Yes count that as a pro.

Cons

-Forcing the employees to work overtime(with no pay) and on weekends as well. -No process is streamlined. -Lacks professional managers who shout like street mongers in meetings and on calls. -HRs are of no use since they themselves are clueless. -Managers set unrealistic time frames for work to look good and then shout at employees under them for not being able to meet them. They expect you to cover the work by working nights and weekends. -Childish riff between mumbai team and bangalore team which leads to office politics. - Non stop calling on personal numbers even when office tools are available to contact.

Cons

Worst Management & Boss attitude High-level Humiliation & Discrimination of employees by CEOs Employees are treated worse than slaves (Particularly in the Construction domain) Employee are restricted from opening their mouths. Do what I say attitude. I dont understand why the HR department is required for this company to watch all the above and keep silent.

Pros

Coffee used to be good, not any more.

Cons

Table Space’s finance leadership is a train wreck, forcing employees into endless unpaid overtime, including weekends. No structure, no strategy—just chaos. Managers, instead of leading, resort to public shouting and humiliating, while the HR remains utterly clueless. Deadlines are set without logic, only to make leadership look good, and when targets aren’t met, employees are blamed and expected to work nights & weekends to compensate. Asking for leaves from your manager feels as if you've asked for their money! They haven't been able to close their books in months, but want to go public in a year.
