Lots of last minute demands as a start up, not super clear with direction and some bad communication at times. Lack of transparency.

- Did a large layoff in early december with 0 warning to the majority of employees - Low pay compared to industry standards for positions at the same level - Very little coherent direction from many parts of leadership - Clear and unearned favoritism for certain individuals - Sold the company as stable and growing only to suddenly be strapped for cash less than 6 months later, either incredibly poor financial managment or I was lied to
