Gain some good experience but overall felt let down by the management team

Fun peers Good location OK client base Industry freedom The company do provide free food for breakfast and snacks throughout the day

Cons

Full support was not given when profitable opportunities were on the table. There was a reluctance to empower staff and give them the freedom to really succeed

At the time had a good and inspiring immediate team

they show alot of distrust and animosity to employees dont try to keep them at all everyone i joined with had left by the time i did i was there 2 years

None, really, there wasn't any at all

Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, internal politics were hurrendous, clueless managers, numerous managers/directors promoted and fired shortly after. If you're considering them as an employer, politely decline and walk away. If you're looking to build a career, don't bother with Talascend. For a company who claimed to have access to numerous key accounts, they have just as many accounts they have cocked up and blacklisted from.
