      4 CEOs in 5 years. CEO’s just keep getting worse . No advancement for women with new CEO. He favors men and it’s obvious he has the Good OLE boy mentality . He bullies women and advances men that are lazy and unproductive

      Pros

      Paycheck clears every 2 weeks. Good medical benefits.

      Cons

      Belittling Treatment of minorities is very clear although management tries to mask it. Minorities are expected to do the busy work while all others piggy back off of their work. Upper management will sing artificial praises and try to make them feel needed so that they will stick around and do their jobs for them but never a promotion. Minorities are the help and nothing more. No matter what title they think they may have. Two older blacks were basically forced to retire. What’s in the dark will soon come to light. Karma.
