Pros

Literally no pros. Would leave this section totally blank except there's a 20-word minimum. See next section for everything I have to say about the company.

Cons

Very unprofessional staff (they mostly hire desperate people) and even more unprofessional management. Unethical business tactics - the majority of the recruiting team works from India but claims to be in Houston. One employee has had legal action taken against him in California for not paying his contractors. CEO comes off as greedy and selfish - seems not to care about his clients or staff at all, often yells at them in meetings when things don't go his way. Very high turnover because of these internal issues.

Pros

If you can make 80 to 100 cold calls a day & get candidates interviews this is a good job for you.

Cons

Say they will pay you $30,000 plus commission per year. For the first 60 days your working for minimum wage ($7.25 per hour) if you quit, get fired, or do not meet expectations. If they would have told me this up front I would not have taken the job. They took $$$ out of my check saying they paid me too much. Read everything you sign & initial.

Many Sales positions are Commission only (without any salary). Successful entrants that pass their probationary period, enjoy full salary - plus commissions! Absolutely correct, everyone should read and understand the compensation section of their Employment Agreements-and the Job requirements- prior to signing.

Pros

Free lunch any time there is a new hire. The schedule is from 9-5, Monday- Friday's. Also, you get to leave early every Friday's.

Cons

Be ware on speaking the the hiring managers, they will tell you what you want to hear- to get you hired, then fired.
