Cons
currently its a small company , but its growing very fast
TalentShape is a good company to work for. There is no job stress here. People play zero politics and have a lot to learn. Management is quite supportive and understanding. They give good time to people to perform. Recruiters get reasonable targets to deliver. The best part of the company is that they operate typically from home and this gives an advantage to employees to manage their work-life balance specifically for married women.
Cons
It is just that we get our salary on the 10th of each month. It would have been better if the salary was credited on the 1st of every month.
