      Excellent Company that is innovative, safe and operates with the highest degree of ethics and integrity.

      Pros

      The professional and financial strength of the company are very impressive. Company has a great safety program which cares deeply about employees, sub contractors and clients. HR department is very helpful and training is improving. Management team is focused on growth and very conservative.

      Need more staff to facilitate increasing workload.

      Good company to work as a entry-level employee.

      There are quite a few. But excessive travel with no compensation is the kicker with a very poor work-life balance.

      None. They claim to have good morale but don't. So if you're into that well there you go.

      Cons

      Very low salary. No overtime pay for salary employees so they will take advantage of that. This company does not invest in employees professional development.
