Pros

TapMango is an incredible company to work for, and my experience was overwhelmingly positive throughout. The industry is genuinely fun to work in. Merchants are curious to learn from loyalty experts (the TapMango team) and put a lot of trust into the company, which makes the day-to-day really rewarding. The whole team is smart and willing to help both other team members and merchants succeed. You can also tell that Leadership and the C-suite truly care, they're always invested in the business's success, whether that means personally hopping on calls with merchants, getting into product development, or anything in between. Would highly recommend working here if you get the opportunity to!

There are great opportunities to learn and grow, especially for those who are proactive and eager to develop their skills. The company is fast-paced, which keeps things exciting, and you get exposure to different industries and clients. Team culture is a big highlight everyone is willing to help and celebrate each other’s wins.

Cons

Like many growing companies, processes are still evolving, which can sometimes lead to ambiguity or the need to adapt quickly. The fast-paced environment may not be ideal for those who prefer a more structured or predictable workflow.

Pros

Working as a Recruitment Assistant at TapMango was a great experience. I really appreciated the supportive team environment and the opportunity to develop my communication and organizational skills. The role allowed me to interact with diverse candidates and gain valuable insight into the hiring process. Overall, it was a positive and rewarding experience that helped me grow professionally.
