Flexible remote working policy, flexible working environment. People are keen to help you discover new things and take on new responsibilities. A great place to learn more.
Cons
The company culture is very strong and can be quite agressive. Definitely not a safe space if you are a woman, as sexist jokes spark and managers joke about sleeping with trainees. Managers are not supportive about the issues you might have with other employees and do not seem to understand the issue.
