      Pros

      Tarantula is growing very fast.It provides good platform for technical growth. Work environment is friendly. They also fast track employees if one is talented & hard working. Management is very supportive. CEO is not only a good leader but also a very good human being. He is very focussed on employees development & growth.

      Cons

      Please do some more branding activities to improve the employer brand. Shifting office to Gachibowli/ Hi tech city will surely help.

      Heading the direction of failure

      Pros

      I worked for this company for many years and the company was very good in the initial days when the CTO was heading the company. If one has to mention the good in the company, its only their CTO and the framework they have.

      Cons

      They dont value their employees and the people sitting in Singapore don't understand anything. The biggest misfortune is that people for whom it took almost one year for them to understand the difference between product and framework are the ones who head the company. The CEO is the biggest back stabber and one should never believe in him. he talks very sweet but one shouldn't fall prey for his sweet talk and the only job he knows is selling companies. Rumors were rife that they were going to sell the company very quickly. They have terminated almost 20 resources just like a piece of trash without giving any reason. Its no wonder if so many resources are quitting the company.
