    Neutral Outlook
    No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at Targa full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Pay is in the normal range with competing companies. All the normal bells and whistles.

    Cons

Supervision is nonexistent and then questions Why after the fact. Criticizes and belittling after the fact. HR is in the stone ages and is extremely biased and not for the employees but the company, Nest of Vipers...blatant lies from Supervisors and some workers vying to climb the ladder without any concern for others. Blind eyes turned by management and HR for what is clearly visible to all employees of blatant affairs on the job and misconduct by a select few that are sheltered. If you raise concerns about the Safety and Quality of construction well you will not be around long. Doesn't matter how good you are at your job or your integrity as a human being...go against the grain of the pipeline clique and the bottom feeders stick together.
