You'll be asked to share, like, and comment on both clients' and the company's posts, which feels invasive and unprofessional. Sometimes, they even follow up and ask for proof that you've shared them. As an independent contractor, you receive no benefits—even if you're based in the US. You're required to work using your own tools, with no reimbursement from the company. Regarding the "Great Place to Work" award, we were practically forced to vote for it so the company could win—which is unethical. The CEO insists we speak in meetings even when there's nothing to say, yet every time someone does, they get yelled at or dismissed with an eye roll. No opportunities for career growth. Leadership roles for women are just an illusion—while we may get the positions, the salary IS NOT equal to that of men or employees in other countries.

Overall, this company fails to provide a safe or supportive environment for its employees.
