Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Tarsus Group full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Opportunities for international travel. Decent bonus packages.
Cons
The company is run by sales people, no value seen in other positions unless you are buddy buddy with the right people. Progression is awarded by senior management to their pals rather than on achievement or actual ability to do the job. Management is unprofessional, 0 confidentiality, culture of fear and bullying. Don't take responsibility for their own mistakes and will pin blame on anyone they don't like. No HR team and endless HR violations.
