Honestly I am very happy with my experience thus far and appreciative of the opportunity. Pros: Compensation is right in line with that of very large corporations. Benefits are great They will let you carry over considerably more PTO year over year than any other company I have worked for I enjoy every single person that I work with mostly because of the can do attitude that everyone has. Aggressive towards growth. They don't just talk about growing but actively have conversations and come up with plans for the growth. Very understanding that people have families and work very well with that. I find that people in management have a high level of competence. I think this derives from the fact that they have actually performed the work they are managing others to preform. Management is VERY approachable. From a sales perspective they let you work with customers how you want to rather than trying to fit you into some kind of model derived from upper management. The sales support it TOP level. Never had so much support anywhere else. Tons of transparency.

Great benefits and pay is very fair. Flexible schedule with some remote options. Management is supportive and open-minded. I feel valued and know that my ideas and contributions make a difference. Everyone I've worked with has been very helpful and understanding while I get comfortable in my position. I love that the company is open to and actively changing or updating systems and processes to make things better for everyone. I can't say enough about how well I've been treated here and how quickly I've been able to feel like part of the team. It makes a huge difference.
