Difficult processes at times and technology lacking

Whatever private company owns this place needs to seriously take a deeper look at the way it is ran from the top people in the office down to the "team leads" on the floor. The "team leads"were given there positions on the strength of the relatives that used to work there before them. The "team leads" milk the clock all day and don't do a lick of work until the last 30 min of the day, this is after them milking the clock for 10-12 hours a day. The management overall is a joke and the Human Resources department is even worst. Don't ever complain to them because they're not there to help you, they're there for the company. The air quality at this place is horrible for the employees to work in. Your blowing black soot out of your nose everyday after work doesn't matter if you wear a mask. Overall this place needs to be investigated.
