      Moderate work flexibility junior and I remediate staff are friendly

      Cons

      CEO only cares about the bottom line. Treat all employees ruthlessly. Upper management constantly complains about lower staff during meetings. Poor compensation. Lie about opportunities and compensation

      - decent benefits to start, within industry norms

      Cons

      - Loads of false promises in marketing materials for hiring - Poor pay compared to other companies for same job - Management does not provide mentorship even though they say they do - False promises from management - engineers in training for the most part are just construction inspectors
