RecommendsNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Team Relocations full-time for more than 10 years
Pros
The business is successful in providing clients with a bespoke service tailored to their individual requests. Staff are given latitude to complete tasks as they see fit.
Cons
IT is not the strongest suit although the business is currently undergoing significant upgrades to hardware and software. Marketing department is growing but more sales staff would help the business win new clients.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at Team Relocations full-time
Pros
There are really none tbh
Cons
This has been the worst company I’ve ever worked for. The manager thinks she’s a teenager and will only like you if you are a fake copy of her. They should care about the hard work you deliver, but instead they care if they fit in their fake ‘Mickey mouse’ club. If you are real, they won’t appreciate it. So if you want to fit in, make sure you are being fake. If you are an attractive, smart person they will see you as a threat. They want stupid people to work for them who won’t question the management and who is a yes and amen kind of type. You get payed very poorly, there is no pay raise or any kind of personal development. But still they want you to act like this is the best job in the world! There is no appreciation and people will act nice in your face but be talking behind your back. I have even caught the manager gossiping about another woman who got a pay raise in the cantine! I have never experienced such a childish working environment as this place. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here! It’s a waste of time and energy. Spend that time and energy on finding an employee who actually is professional and pays you what you’re worth. Senior management is poor too. They feel like they are something but the moment they walk out of that office they are a nobody. That’s why they are acting so big at the office. At least at the office they feel some kind of validation but when they’re out of work no one cares for them or even looks at them. I feel bad for the insecure ladies.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at Team Relocations full-time for less than a year
Pros
A lot of the people at the office are very sweet and willing to help. Transportation is paid.
Cons
too many to count.. but some big ones are: - Micromanagement - Office bullying and politics - Systems and computers are 10+ years old and barely work. - Very old-fashioned and unwilling to adapt to the new age of technology and managing methods - Treat their staff like robots and dispensable cattle using fear tactics to keep them in line.
