Pros

Great roster of clients. Creative team that thrive on collaboration. Embrace freedom to do you job in your own way, flexibility around this being at home or in the office. The office spaces in London give you options on where to work - studio or conventional office and both allow you to work side by side with members of the core Whistle team, but also the wider Eleven Sports/Aser Ventures team. The company is proactive in encouraging you to develop within your role, with attendance of industry events and courses supported. The management structure is pretty flat, which allows direct access and interaction with senior management in the UK and US. The UK team feels like a start up business with the same energy and entrepreneurship but with the infrastructure of a big Global agency.

Cons

You work a lot with the US, so the time difference takes some getting used to as the UK team and set up grows.
