      get paid to see the Pats games and concerts etc. Meet some nice people and networking. Gain customer service skills.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about employees' schedules outside TeamOps. Very little, if any, sit-down time.

      The lucky few get to watch football, soccer, and concerts while being paid

      Cons

      Most of the staff work the gates, guard the restrooms, or are put in some obscure location away from everyone. The supervisors favor their friends and family over experience
