Pros
A sense of family with colleagues, pride when work is completed to a good standard, established company so little chance of redundancy, free karting at other TeamSport sites (except for your home site)
Cons
Upper management neglect sites that have been acquired, limited chances of progression, bonuses granted to team but mysteriously go missing, minimum wage with little chance of a raise, poor work ethic amongst staff due to management not disciplining anyone, failure to protect staff from threatening customers, zero hour contracts which are used to get rid of staff without dismissing them officially, poor working hours, false promises from management
