      The product is really good, the team is awesome, some of the best coworkers i have ever worked with

      Cons

      Leadership has no idea what they are doing but expect world class results out of every employee when they have no idea what is going on and offer no support

      Friendly/Nice colleagues but low compensation and unclear direction

      Friendly and supportive colleagues who are enjoyable to work with. Strong product that customers generally value. Talented employees.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits are way below market compared to similar SaaS companies. Communication between HQ and regional teams could be stronger, particularly around company strategy and long-term priorities. Career progression paths are non existent and experienced hires may sometimes find their autonomy limited. The experience can vary significantly between HQ and regional offices, to a point or feels like working for a separate company. No clear team goals or direction so hard to be motivated in your role. Remote working arrangements lack consistency and transparency, creating perceptions of unfairness across the organisation
