      Pros

      Good Office Atmosphere. Great company values. They take care of employees. Decent pay. Lots of vacation. Sabbaticals. Management listens to input.

      Cons

      Horizontal company with not much room to advance. Some products and parts of the company live in a silo.

      Pros

      They care about their employees families. The benefits begin right away and are excellent. The CEO is very personable and responds quickly. The pay is the best I've ever had. And, food. There is always food, drink and snacks available. No one hovers over you. As long as your work is done then you are left alone. Learning from your mistakes is one of the ways TS3D moves forward. And Fun is part of who Tech Soft 3D is. Did I mention they encourage you to donate to organizations in need and meet your donation?

      Initial training isn't always full of the info you really need (but, everyone is open to questions).
