      Pros

      TechTalent are going places, the whole team and CEO are great and the company is one to watch- best place I have worked. You get what you put in- motivated, energetic employees do well at TechTalent!

      None- had to leave for personal reasons

      Pros

      Great level of support and trust. Amazing team of motivated individuals that want what is best for all parties involved (colleages and learners). Heavy focus on diversity and neuro-diversity. Time to focus on upskilling and CPD. Flexibility.

      Pros

      - Lack of micromanagement. You’re trusted from Day 1 to get going. - Flexibility. Office hours are clear but no clock-watching for medical appointments etc. - Approachable Management. Everyone wants you to succeed.

      Cons

      We work hard: that’s not a ‘con’ as such, but we are on a mission and have a lot of work to do. If you’re not a team player then this isn’t the job for you!
