      Pros

      Techmation is an exciting company to be a part of. They were chosen as one of Canada's best managed companies and are growing. They look after their employees with excellent compensation, great benefits and bonuses. I am proud to be a part of the Techmation team. I would recommend Techmation to a friend.

      none................I would not recommend this company to under achievers. They have expectations with quality, safety and service.

      Pros

      The guys in the field are the best around. Never once have I been worried about the next project. Management has its finger on the industry and jobs are abundant with Techmation.

      Great bunch of people to work with out in the field, if you can get over the poor organizational skills of management

      Cons

      To much office politics. They forget about the journeyman and are trying to make the apprentices be accountable for everything. They have it backwards.
