1. Poor resource allocation 2. Zero marks for professionalism 3. Extremely poor skilled developers and managers. 4. Rude management 5. They always keep approach to allocate 5 developers job to 3 developers which always keep work pressure on team. 6. No project planning and not following any methodology.
