      Pros

      Good location, great view of Downtown Minneapolis. Everything is in walking distance.

      Cons

      The CEO is a bit delusional. And inappropriate. Makes remarks about his political stances and should probably keep those thoughts to himself. There is definitely favoritism and it effects the way the business is run to be frank. High turnover rate from the executive team and no effective sales strategy. Apprehensiveness to break into new markets and lack of communication to "lesser" employees. Overall dishonesty is a big problem and there is little to no room for advancement because of favoritism.

      Free coffee and nice downtown location

      CEO limits the growth opportunities by controlling all decisions. He constantly will change direction his leadership team recommends. He has no respect for others input and in fact will force out those who do not cowl to his way. Instability in the leadership positions has caused confusion and stress in the employee rank and file that causes good talent to leave. High turnover rate over the last 2 years include 2 CTO's, 3 Sales & Marketing leaders, 1 CFO, 1 Dir of Operations, 4 IT Developers/Managers and multiple account support personnel. Old technology and CEO's lack of proactive investment has left the company at risk with it's largest client. CEO is clueless on what is needed to compete until it is too late. Lack of strategic leadership, old technology, and lack of a competitive product will limit the opportunities of Tecmark.

      Small Company, Some good people.

      Cons

      Expectations do not match the pay, owner has no idea how unhappy employees are, nor does he care. Discusions from leadership to employees about other employees - very unprofessional.
