TEH Group has so much potential to continue their journey in Indonesian Market.

Cons

Sadly, their poor leadership and lack of acknowledgement and support toward their employees will be the end of the company in the near future if they won't correct their ways in handling a company. They also did not have a solid managerial roles and also some questionable and poor choices in some matters. Especially when they had to chose a leader with so many flaws in Indonesian branch. Please correct this mistake as soon as possible if you want to continue to see your company flourish and grow rapidly.

Colleagues in KL office is fun and got to be missed. Team Leader is supportive but he cant do much against the CEO as he have family to be fed also

Cons

1) Everything else is a negative point. Salary deduction, even after they know the cant do that here in MY because the labor law stating that BASIC SALARY shouldnt be deducted unless for EPF, EIS or Socso, 2) Commision scheme keep changing according to the CEO's mood. 3) You wont get paid for the KPI Commision so never dream to smell the extra money also. 4) False word is a common language used especially by the CEO

You will have depression and trauma. The CEO will ask you to do things that are not part of your Job description. Then. instead of getting a reward for having good result, you will get scoldings and a lot of curse words coz he doesnt care to anything that you have done. Your manager will not even protect or defend you, instead, will also bully you. The other partners or the project manager will also do the same. They will only protect themselve and they want the DA to take all the blame for their short comings. You will never know how much is your salary at the end of the month. You get a lot of deductions. BASIC SALARY is NONSENSE. They dont know how to compensate their employees. No benefits, nothing.
