      Good company to start the career

      Pros

      I'm in FPGA team. Getting good work and responsibilities at the beginning of the career. We can get to learn things practically.

      Cons

      Most of the things are already done. Less research and more of using or modifying the available things. Documentation is not proper. S/w and h/w team should sit together to make things easier.

      By far the best company to start your career if you are a freshers which comes with loads of learning exposure. Working in tejas for two is equivalent to working else where for 4yrs. Supportive managers good working culture everything is perfect

      After working for so many years I can't find any

      Pathetic management, no work life balance, no appraisal, talent is suppressed, no coordination between teams, relatives are given preference ,people put their work on others , hire & fire company , management is baised.
