Pros
Cultural exchanges/discussions with students were enriching. The advantage of working for this school was only the fact that you could create your own lessons & according to the students' needs. Had fairly good company benefits comparing to other places. Got along quite well with my former colleagues (teachers only).
Cons
Communication with the higher-ups was close to nil. Monthly salary fluctuated too much, but then again that's what happens when you're not on a full-time basis (doesn't exist anymore anyway!!). Non-stop false promises for more work AGAIN from the higher-ups!
