Pros
Management is great. You only won't like them if you consistently break the rules or have poor attendance otherwise they are super laid back. You make your own pay check and you have a guaranteed base pay so it's not like commission where you may not get a pay check that week. The better you do, the more money you'll make. You will only make the base pay if you slack off. At first, it seems hard but once you get the hang of it, it's super easy. Beautiful brand new facility. The shifts are short so you get out and have the rest of your day to yourself. It's great!! I love working for this company and love my coworkers. They are also in the process of a huge expansion and there are a ton of advancement opportunities that are coming up. You don't have to worry about the things you have to worry about at other call centers like the place being shut down or not getting a pay check. They do everything by the rules and care about tgere employees. No call center or any company is going to be for everyone so it might not be the place for you but honestly I'm happy here and plan to stay for a long time.
Cons
I'd say that really the only downside would be that we do work 6 days a week but like I said in the pros, the shifts are short shift so if you have to work a Saturday or Sunday shift it's only 4 hrs first thing in the morning. Other than that, I wish the base pay slightly higher but I haven't made base pay since my first week or two. I bonus every week now so it doesn't affect me anymore.
