Pros

My immediate coworkers and manager were great, that's about the only good thing I can say.

Cons

Uncompetitive salary, HORRIBLE benefits, crammed space (no parking and no desk space), promises that never get kept, say things encouraging to get you to work hard and then when it comes time for the payout they ignore you, etc. No promotions unless you are part of the elite crew, you know, the ones that BS all day while you do their work and yours...

Pros

Small company environment, good people at the lower level

Cons

Awful management. I reported into the president who is political, shrewd and plays games behind people's backs. Very low integrity environment as they are owned by Merck, yet do business with other pharma companies. They say they do not share information, yet very little information is kept confidential. Basic call center business. Their management structure is stuck in the 70s, they even had "preferred parking for the top 6 management roles.

Pros

There were so many good people hiding in their offices. Like Whack-A-Moles, they'd pop out with a great actionable idea and get smacked back into their hole by the giant mallet also known as the Executive Leadership Team.

Cons

The place is never going anywhere. They promise white glove service and provide industry average....I don't even think they know they do that. "Living the Vision" values program was only taken serious enough to use as clever names for conference rooms. Off site meetings were expensed executive sleepovers that produced nothing but more "visionary" ideas that went no where. Meetings to talk about meetings to plan future meetings. Committees to form committees. I haven't wasted so much time since 8th grade summer vacation.
