      Local decision and solid financial profile. Good environment to grow. Low need of business trips. Challenging scenario to show your skills in a good company. Good portfolio of vendors and a great services area.

      Cons

      IT on-premises business in decadence and familiar environment. Challenging scenario for all companies in the south region. Limited vision of brazilian market according to presence in just 4 states of Brazil.
