Pros

Great people to work with. Tons to learn. Decent benefits.

Cons

Horrible people to work for (Executive Management). Favoritism is more than evident with certain employees and has them in positions that they are not qualified for. Not enough qualified people with the right mindset on key positions (for example: Validations, Quality Control, Manufacturing, etc.). Just look at the stock market.

Work Nice and be Hard to People

Pros

Great coworkers and possibility of improvement. Good healthcare benefits. Small company so you can talk to your bosses face to face.

Cons

*Racist!* If you are not white and talk perfect English you do not get recognition nor respect. Lots of people like to be "yes people" with their superiors instead of having the guts to tell them otherwise. Quality is not part of their priorities. Pay rate is way below industry standard. Management do not want to invest on their employees unless employees are up managements noses.

One of the worst experiences of my life

Pros

The pay is decent. Benefits are cheap. The people seem nice on the surface. That's about it. There are no other pros.

Cons

Management is so out of touch with their employees it's laughable. It's a small company trying to run before it can walk. Their idea of increasing productivity is to force employees to work very long hours and then punish them for any mistake they themselves caused due to inferior training methods. Do yourself a favor. Take a tour of the plant before you look into employment. It's a joke.
