Majority of people were friendly and worked within the best of their ability to deliver with limited support and guidance. Flexible working and ability to interact easily at all levels within the company.

Absurd level of politics for a small company. Customer facing employees often left to lie to customers to cover product and service deficiencies. Lack of support and clear direction from executive team means employees walk on egg shells, constant reshuffles and threats of job loss.
No obvious reasons now as heart of organisation has been slowly taken from company over last 4 yrs.
Pay was always relatively good in comparison to market

Management blinkered by size of organisation in comparison to huge multi national competitors (Cisco etc). Ruthless with employees when cutting costs e.g. if your face didn't fit - wool often pulled over customers eyes with regard to deficiencies in technology
The company recently extended the managed services to all sort of video conferencing endpoints. It is also selling through channel partners reaching out to other regions such as Europe, AsiaPac and LatinAmerica.
Cons
The environment is quite demanding, not an easy job if you are looking for an easy role.
