Great coworkers and benefits, but toxic culture and high turnover

Great people to work with on the floor and good benefits while available.

Cons

This is a house built on quicksand. Turnover incredibly high, management dysfunctional as can be and a culture that is the most toxic you'll find in corporate real estate.

I worked will a lot of great people that became friends. Office amenities are great. Pays well and benefits are excellent

Cons

Comp plan always changing and you have to deal with large corprate work politics. High presser proformance enviorment with big brother watching.
