Pros

Coworkers are great. People are passionate about the work, and their contribution to the community. Good challenge for communication skills, especially with school administration, teachers and students.

Cons

Poor compensation. Weak management at top. Aside from the normal challenges or working with children, the rest of the job is not challenging. Not a good place to develop. High turnover
