Pros

Can’t think of any pros other than some of genuinely nice people who work there.

Cons

- Poor management across the board. - One size fits all global approach to processes, which does not work. - Poor pay. Constantly asking for a pay rise when other people join the company on higher salaries. They give pay rises to newer staff to attract them to apply, but disregard existing employees. - No opportunities for progression as most job roles have moved to Manila. - Poor communication between departments. - Difficult for anyone to make decisions, you can be waiting months for a response to questions. - Micromanagement from Manila (ie Workforce Management). - High turnover of staff.

Pros

We now have hybrid working (finally)

Cons

difficult to progress, low wage compared to most companies increasing wages in line with cost of living, no budget for anything anymore so no incentive or moral boosting.

Pros

Some of the people are wonderful people who are just trying to do their jobs

Cons

- internal organisation is nothing short of chaos - all systems and tech are so archaic that it will actually damage your career to work here - they don’t use any industry standard products or software. They’re Tech hasn’t matured past 2008 - onboarding is the worst experience. It took over a month for my computer to be fully up and running and it took hours of phone calls to the Philippines for fixes - systems and processes change without communication to senior members of staff. You only find out about it once you do something wrong - managers are not provided training in how to manage people. “If you’re only motivated to do 50% of the work then I should email HR and tell them to only pay you 50%” was a direct quote from my manager after I was asked to take on responsibilities that were not in my job description - they don’t bother announcing that someone is leaving unless they’re leaving that week or the following week
