      To be honest cannot find any Pros

      This company is as bad as it gets, I am 35 years in Engineer and found Tenon to be so disorganised, low payers, management that does not know the meaning of motivation , The site i was on was so badly run by Tenon that in my 35 years i have not come across a worse run site, I will tell any future engineers don't do it there are far better companies out there to work for.

      There were absolutely no pros about this job

      Where do I begin. You are horribly trained and then blamed for not knowing things. You are not paid well or on time, you are expected to go into work whilst violently vomitting! Then you a ridiculed and bullied before getting fired without any reason or written/verbal warning.
