      Pros

      Just received more annual leave days, most I have ever had working anywhere. Understanding as and when you need personal time off, doctors, childcare etc. Fast pace company, never bored.

      Cons

      Cannot think of any. There is a free car park on site and you can safely store your bike here during the day.

      Pros

      Stable company, many projects, good opportunities for collaboration with people from other departments, salary is great (especially if you don't live in Moscow or Saint-Petersburg)

      Cons

      Boring. NIH: your experience with local technologies will almost probably be useless at another workplace. Promotion process is painful and may depend on people your don't even regularly interact with. Your opinion will not mean much when it comes to making decisions. Bureaucracy is painful too and sometimes it slows down working processes
