Lots of action all the time and lots of ways to grow your responsibilities and learn as you're going. Real-world business where you get to see the results of your work every time you go grocery shopping.

Cons

Can be fast-paced and you'll need to be able to develop processes and solve problems yourself, so have to be motivated.
