      Can not see any pros.

      Cons

      Unprofessional, unreliable and absolutely disgraceful. Not paying on time, holidays calculations incorrect, ridiculous contracts, overworking the staff, not paying overtime, very unsocial hours and no company benefits. Not recommended.

      Pros

      Terravision take care a lot of their employees, even though have a small management structure. It is an experience which could bother give you the "sense of home", if you are able to show commitment to the company itself.

      Cons

      Career opportunities are variable: they vary time to time and they depend on the needs of the company. There is a lot of luck in transport environment, especially if it's linked with tourism.
