Pay is good Can book your own holidays and sometimes get bank holidays off

Cons

Terrible management who harass you if you’ve been on a call to long, more interested in keeping stats high than customer service Training is bad, teach you basics and then you get thrown in deep end on calls Nobody helps when you need advice, just told to follow process or ignored They can change your shifts without letting you know, so if you make plans on days off beware and double check
