      TextUs is a great place to grow your career in a collaborative and supportive environment. We’re still small, so each person has the opportunity to take ownership and make an impact. The people and culture are the best part of working at TextUs! Every member of the TextUs team is a team player, they’re great at what they do, and are always striving to improve.

      Cons

      As a fast-moving startup, change is a constant. I appreciate how transparent and humble leadership is through it all. You will wear multiple hats and take on tasks outside of your job description but it truly is the best way to grow your career.
