Pros
Extra free days, free Thalys pass to travel with Thalys when you want and a couple of free tickets for family/friends
Cons
No (strategic) view of where they are going Direction team that can't take decisions Lots of last minute work as management does not think ahead/isn't pro-active Behaves more like start-up than solid company of 20 years old

Great location, non technical stuff is lovely. Very nice working conditions Minifotbal table at the entrance
Cons
The it team is very small and under staffed. Tha actual manager is inhuman, a bully and a discriminator. Tha current thalys IT infrastructure is a mess and all the manager can say is "today you where 5 minutes late". Before I started working for them the guy left after 2 weeks, I left after a month, and the guy replacing me after 1 week. Why is that? Because the environment is great and the manager a qualified soft skill expert? Well no, the contrary. I cannot recommend this toxic environment, not even to my worst enemy.
